Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Refunds and Exchanges
 
Touchstone Ticketing is selling tickets on behalf of various promoters.  The standard policy for promoters is No Refunds or Exchanges. However there may be occasions when a refund might be due and in those cases all refunds will be handled directly by the promoter based on their individual refund policies.  Service fees and handling charges are in all cases non-refundable.
 
Canceled or Postponed Events

Canceled Events – If the event is canceled we will alert you as soon as possible and advise you of refund procedures that apply. You will  be entitled to a refund for tickets which will be handled directly by the promoter of the event.  


Rescheduled Events – If the event is rescheduled we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. If you can’t make the new date you may make a formal request for refund directly to the promoter of the event who will handle all refunds.

Replacement Tickets

Touchstone Ticketing will not replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
