Canceled Events – If the event is canceled we will alert you as soon as possible and advise you of refund procedures that apply. You will be entitled to a refund for tickets which will be handled directly by the promoter of the event.
Rescheduled Events – If the event is rescheduled we will contact you with the new date and time as soon as possible. If you can’t make the new date you may make a formal request for refund directly to the promoter of the event who will handle all refunds.
Replacement Tickets
Touchstone Ticketing will not replace lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
